Skills and Competencies

• 5+ years' experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companies
• Insurance or risk management industry experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and the ability to strategically leverage social media and other channels to expand reach and create opportunities
• Experience speaking at events and driving content flow for videos, webinars, demos, and more
• Strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to guide teams in applying AI tools to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and boost marketing efficiency
• Curious and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for exploring AI systems and a commitment to learning responsible AI practices—including risk management, ethical use, and transparency

Education

• A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Marketing will drive adoption of our insurance segment's life, property & specialty, and casualty lines. This role involves developing a high-impact marketing strategy rooted in customer and market insights, while fostering collaboration across marketing, strategy, sales, and product management teams. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.

• Drive marketing strategy and execution for life, property & specialty, and casualty insurance lines
• Deliver customer and market insights to inform product and marketing decisions
• Champion Moody's thought leadership and presence in the insurance industry
• Leverage AI tools for market research, workflow optimization, and content creation
• Develop and articulate value propositions that resonate with target audiences
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives across teams
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts
