The Opportunity

This renewable energy group are on a incredible growth journey with M&A vital to achieving strategic objectives. The short-term activity will be domestic acquisitions, before expanding to international in the next few years. Furthermore, the growth development strategy will provide exposure to all stages of renewable energy projects lifecycle including from "scratch to operational" assets. Alongside an excellent expansion mission, this is a business with an exceptional culture where people are without doubt it's best & most valuable asset.

The Role

This a hugely varied position with three main components:

  • Corporate Development
  • financing, due diligence, acquisitions, modelling, disposals
  • Project Development
  • land acquisition, planning, tenders, contract support, procurement activities, construction feasibility & costing
  • Strategy Planning
  • competitor analysis, market analysis, Board reporting, investment appraisal
