We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Manager to take ownership of key operational projects, including Sales Force operations, GDPR reconciliation, access and security management, and Veeva-related activities. This role plays a vital part in driving process improvements and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, oversee, and coordinate routine operations such as loading performance objectives, target lists, audience lists, reconciliation processes, and GDPR communications.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and document process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Process and track purchase orders related to data operations and vendor services.
  • Build expertise in all aspects of Veeva (data, platform, and training).
  • Collaborate closely with Global Customer Operations and act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain seamless business continuity.
  • Safeguard company data integrity and security by ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and appropriate data access management.

Technology & Tools

  • Strong working knowledge of Veeva (essential).
  • Foundational experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Co-Pilot.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in data operations, training delivery, and process improvement.
  • Experience working in a virtual, multinational environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate, guide, and support team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take initiative to solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive, "team-first" attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
