Specialist Fire & Security Ltd are looking for a multidisciplined and experienced fire & security engineer to join our growing team. Due to ongoing growth this will be a varied and fulfilling role for a knowledgeable and confident candidate.

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and experienced fire and security engineer to join the Maintenance/Small Works team in a field-based role. Certification and knowledge of fire and security standards is essential however, additional training can be provided where required. Due to the nature of the position, strong technical expertise in fault-finding, installation, maintenance, and system parts is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend and perform routine system maintenance on site as directed by bespoke engineer portal
  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems remain fully operational and secure
  • Work to a high health and safety standard and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Provide clear and precise documentation for all attendances and works carried out
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Effective communication between colleagues and administration team
  • A valid UK driving license

Requirements:

  • Any successful applicant must complete a satisfactory Security Screening and DBS Check
