- Flexible in their approach to school life and positive in outlook
- Well organised and calm with a systematic approach to learning
- Able to work as a member of a team, providing motivation and support to colleagues
- Able to work in partnership with families, external agencies and schools
- Able to teach within EYFS and KS1 of the national curriculum ensuring pupils make progress
