We are seeking a talented and loyal individual to assist the Spa Manager in the day to day running of The Secret Garden Spa at Congham Hall.

Our Spa is dedicated to providing the ultimate experience for all guests who visit us, whether it be for a luxurious Spa day or one-off treat. Here at the Secret Garden Spa we take great pride in offering bespoke treatments to all of our guests making each experience personal and like no other.

The Deputy Spa Manager is responsible for supporting the Spa Manager by ensuring that our Spa Therapists reflect positive images of our hotel, whilst being customer focused, friendly and able to address requests made by guests. This role is essential in ensuring we provide and maintain the highest standard customer service, quality treatments, in depth knowledge and advice of our Spa procedures and products. Guest feedback must be handled effectively and professionally to ensure that guests receive a positive Spa experience. The post holder will be required to ensure each day is ran smoothly whilst leading by example by adopting a hands-on approach and 'can do' attitude.

You must be a highly skilled therapist, as well as having experience in leading the operations of a spa or salon environment. You must be committed to providing a helpful, friendly service, have good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. You will be a hands on leader, leading the team from the front and setting an example at all times. The ability to prioritise your workload is a must. An individual with a pro-active stance towards problem solving, who displays a positive attitude and calmness under pressure is exactly what we are looking for. Previous experience managing a team is essential. You need to be NVQ Level 3 or similar level Spa related qualifications and be fully qualified as a minimum in manicures, pedicures, massage and facials.

This job is on a rota basis which includes working evenings and weekends, which as you would expect in our industry will include bank holidays and Christmas etc. The job is working to contracted hours of 45 hours per week over 5 days.
