Roofer/Labourer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofer/Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and roofing, demonstrating proficiency with various tools and techniques. This role involves working on diverse roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using a variety of materials. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation and repair processes. Assist in fabrication tasks related to roofing components. Carry out carpentry work as needed, including framing and structural repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on-site. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Engage in masonry tasks when required for roofing projects. Qualifications Proven experience in roofing or construction is preferable Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship. A valid driving licence may be required for transportation to various job sites.
