Duty Officer (Relief/Bank) based at Fitzwarren Court HWC, Swindon

Available Hours:

Various Hours Available – Relief/Bank (Days & Nights)

Salary 13.08 per hour

For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Scheme. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. About the role

As a Duty Officer at MHA you will working as part of a focused team providing the highest quality of support to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.

About you

The right values, attitude and behaviours are more important than your previous career background. Therefore, whilst previous care experience is desirable it is not essential, and we will provide all the training and support you need to thrive. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and at all times respect the dignity of the residents and promote independence. You must be able to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
