- Own the Paperwork: Manage essential documents and ensure all processes comply with legal requirements.
- Keep Data Spot-On: Maintain accurate SEN information across college systems so teaching teams always have what they need.
- Support Consultations: Co-ordinate the administrative process for new starter consultations, liaising with schools, local authorities and internal teams.
- Be the Friendly Face: Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Stay Cool Under Pressure: Tackle a busy, ever-changing workload with confidence, problem-solving as you go.
What You'll Bring
- Proven administrative experience—ideally in education or SEN support.
- Exceptional organisation and time management (you love a good checklist).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work with a wide range of people, from parents to professionals.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Why Choose Exeter College?
- Be part of a passionate, supportive team making a real difference.
- Enjoy a varied, dynamic role where no two days look the same.
- Benefit from a workplace that values your contribution and supports your development.
