This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, while also providing essential administrative support behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with customer queries
  • Creating and sending invoices using our internal systems
  • Maintaining records and filing documents
  • Supporting the team with general office duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks and invoicing software (we'll provide training)
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is a plus, but not essential
