Overview
As a Global Analytics Sr Analyst, you will report directly into the Global Reporting and Analytics Manager of the account. You will be a key member of the Analytics team responsible for campaign analysis & reporting across multiple global work streams.
This is a relatively front-facing analytics role - The ideal candidate has strong experience in understanding media analytics concepts and practices, but also as a strong communicator, constantly managing communication with their analytics team, as well as global and local agency teams.
Responsibilities
- Aid team in building Global media reporting strategies, measurement frameworks, analytics models & setting measurement KPIs
- Constant contact & collaboration with local market agency teams to gather media reporting, insights and analysis to then synthesize into a global summary
- Collaboration with global strategy and media teams in development of final client deliverables (media guidelines, data delivery, campaign performance reporting, measurement plans, etc)
- Assist local market agency teams with Global measurement, data validation and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations in collaboration with strategy and performance teams
- Collaborate with other Analytics teams (Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering/Dashboarding, etc) on data efficiencies and analytics opportunities
- Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks to ensure local data sets are processing accurately in Global reporting platform
- Understanding of how to work large data sets from multiple sources to govern/clean the data
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Foundational knowledge of Media buying/planning/activation
- Experience in Media, Analytics and related fields
Proficient skills using MS Office
Excel: Pivot tables, common formulas (Vlookups, IF functions, etc)
PowerPoint: Putting together client facing decks (campaign reporting, measurement strategies, etc)
Conceptual understanding of media analytics & measurement concepts
Brand Lift Studies, Site Analytics, Media Mix Modelling, Taxonomy Development, Conversion Tagging, TV Attribution, MTA, Creative Testing, etc
Understanding of media KPIs across digital (e.g., display, video, social, search), linear (TV/radio), and/or streaming platforms.
- Experience with data processing, governing/cleaning and visualization tools
- Experience partnering with media buyers, marketing strategists, creative teams, and/or data engineers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
