Overview
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in promoting and selling our AI-powered automation and SaaS solutions to businesses, driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, tech-savvy, and skilled at turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Duties
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities using technology and data-driven outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our AI automation solutions, clearly communicating value, time savings, and ROI.
- Negotiate and close subscription-based sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate with our technical team to tailor solutions that meet each client's unique needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in our CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and activity metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software or automation solutions, with the ability to learn and explain technical features.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
