The role of Financial Controller will report into the Finance Director and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day financial operations, developing staff ( team of eight) and improving reporting. This role will include coaching and
leading staff, managing month end and the management accounts process, reporting and providing commentary on profit, developing Power BI dashboards and ensuring SRA compliance.
Successful candidates will ideally hold an accounting qualification and have experience of working in the Legal sector or within professional services. Applicants will have previous experience in a similar role, developing staff, improving processes and along with excellent systems and communication skills.
