As the Global Internal Communications Director, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a critical role in aligning employees with company strategy, fostering a strong culture, and ensuring effective communication across regions, teams, and leadership levels. Your work will enhance
transparency, clarity, engagement, and alignment
in a fast-moving business. In this role you will have the chance to:

  • Amplify Executive Voice. Develop and execute major internal communications programs (e.g., company-wide town halls, leadership updates, strategic initiative rollouts) that ensure alignment across 1,500 employees globally.
  • Influence Change Management. Partner with HR, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute internal communication plans for major organizational changes, such as M&A, restructuring, new go-to-market strategies, or leadership transitions.
  • Strengthen Global and Local Alignment. Support global and market CEOs and executive leadership in crafting clear, strategic, and transparent messaging that waterfalls from global to local markets with consistency and relevance around key business cycles like annual planning and annual kick offs. Implement effective listening / measurement to test effectiveness of comms
  • Use tech to centralize communication and info access. Leverage new tech and AI to improve multi-channel communication effectiveness (e.g., intranet, newsletters, video updates, Slack/Teams) to increase employee engagement and accessibility. Work with the IT/systems and internal AI teams to implement any necessary changes

Job Responsibilities:
In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Deliver and Orchestrate High-Impact Internal Communications Initiatives.
  • Create a structured internal comms calendar, ensuring timely, engaging, and consistent messaging for key company milestones.
  • Leverage new tech and AI to improve multi-channel communication effectiveness (e.g., intranet, newsletters, video updates, Slack/Teams) to increase employee engagement and accessibility.
  • Simplify internal storytelling. Reinforce values, product innovation, client success, and employee contributions – creating closer connections between internal and external comms, people and business initiatives.
  • Ensure employees clearly understand the "why, what, and how" behind changes in company direction, product evolution, or market shifts.
  • Build a global-to-local communication framework that balances corporate messaging consistency and activates through regional/local market structures with relevance.
  • Work closely with regional leaders and market teams to ensure internal comms support business priorities across different geographies.
  • Develop playbooks, templates, and guidelines to empower local teams to execute communications aligned with global messaging.
  • Develop a structured cadence for leadership engagement touchpoints (e.g., executive videos, company-wide memos, AMAs, or leadership roadshows) that considers both global and regional leadership voices.

Train and coach senior leaders on effective communication strategies to drive credibility and influence across the company.
