Zest Leisure Group is a privately owned company and one of the most successful franchise groups within the Anytime Fitness UK & Ireland network. Our journey began in 2015 with the opening of our first club in Tooting, and since then we have expanded to Ladbroke Grove, Balham, Swiss Cottage, Wimbledon, and most recently, Clapham Junction.

We're proud to provide a premium fitness environment where members thrive. Our Group Exercise Instructors inspire, motivate, and bring a true sense of community to our clubs. We're looking for passionate instructors across all genres including High Impact, Freestyle, Les Mills, Yoga, Pilates and Barre.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high quality, motivating group fitness classes for members of all fitness levels
  • Create an inclusive, positive, and high-energy environment where everyone feels welcome
  • Bring your unique energy, personality, and passion to every class

About You

  • Hold a Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification (or equivalent). This is essential prior to entering the trial/audition stage.
  • Have current insurance documentation
  • Passionate about health, fitness and helping members achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-driven, positive and committed to delivering an amazing member experience
