Locum SPR Paediatric

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Locum SPR Paediatric to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and management of pediatric conditions, ensuring timely interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pediatric unit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics; completion of relevant training programs is required.
• Current registration with the appropriate medical board or regulatory body.
• Previous experience in a pediatric setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach towards patient care.
