The Opportunity

As
Employer Engagement & Key Account Manager
, you'll take the lead in growing and managing employer partnerships across
southern Lincolnshire and the Lincoln region
.

You'll represent the organisation at
networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions
, engaging with engineering and manufacturing businesses to promote
apprenticeships and technical training programmes
that help them develop their future talent.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across southern Lincolnshire and Lincoln

• Deliver a consultative, relationship-driven approach to promote apprenticeships and training solutions

• Identify and convert new business opportunities, managing your own pipeline

• Present proposals to employers, industry partners, and stakeholders

• Attend employer events and represent the organisation professionally

• Support apprenticeship recruitment and workforce development initiatives

• Gather market intelligence to inform future business strategy

• Maintain accurate CRM records of employer engagement activity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in
key account management
,
employer engagement
, or
business development

• Knowledge or strong interest in
engineering
,
training
, or
apprenticeships

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident dealing with all levels of business

• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and results-driven

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

• Ideally based within southern Lincolnshire or the Lincoln area
