Responsibilities:

  • Support the Conveyancing Team by assisting with files and taking ownership of tasks when required, ensuring smooth progression of matters.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by handling routine and complex enquiries professionally, seeking guidance when needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts, including estate agents and solicitors, ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and promptly.
  • Draft legal documents such as completion statements, accounts, and correspondence, contributing to the efficient handling of domestic conveyancing work.
  • Uphold the firm's values and behaviours, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Skills requited:

  • Ability to plan and prioritise work activities
  • Balancing requirements of separate Fee Earners
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Attention to detail

Experience in property administration is desirable but not essential.
