The Marylebone Theatre and Rudolf Steiner House is seeking an experienced and highly organised Theatre and Venue Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our busy venue. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in supporting a growing venue known for its diverse programme of theatre, music, and multidisciplinary events.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As Theatre and Venue Manager, you'll ensure we operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll lead on facilities management, front of house operations, and health & safety compliance, while delivering an exceptional experience for artists, audiences, and staff.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

●   Oversee building operations and maintenance including coordinating contractors and service providers.

●   Coordinate incoming productions, hires and events including leading contracting for short-term theatre hires

●   Manage, schedule and support the Front of House team.

●   Ensure venue safety and full Health & Safety and fire regulation compliance.

●   Lead on audience experience, accessibility, and sustainability initiatives.

●   Collaborate closely with the Executive and Senior Management Team to support the theatre's strategic goals.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

●   Proven experience in venue or operations management, ideally in a theatre or arts environment.

●   Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and building management.

●   Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

●   A proactive, flexible approach and a passion for live performance

●   Proof of right to work in the UK
