About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Partnerships Director to lead and expand the company's partner ecosystem. This is a senior-level opportunity that will play a key role in shaping the company's future growth by building and managing high-value partnerships across both service and commercial domains. Acting as a senior ambassador, you will engage with major technology and service partners, aligning partnership strategies with business objectives and fostering long-term collaboration. You will work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to maximise the value of key partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building trusted relationships, navigating complex partner networks, and influencing at all levels.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven background in consultancy with senior-level partner, account, or client management experience
- Strong understanding of Service Management, ITIL, or ITSM
- Experience with ServiceNow or Halo platforms is beneficial
- Track record of building and managing commercial relationships
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic partner relationships across service and commercial areas
- Act as a senior representative in partner and client engagements
- Align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise partner value and delivery
- Identify and capitalise on joint go-to-market opportunities
- Influence partner roadmaps and drive co-innovation

Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
Salary:
£100,000 - £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
