Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Massage Therapist / Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for beauty treatments and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various holistic & beauty services, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

  • Provide personalised consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
  • Offer full range of massage treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and products are hygienic and well-stocked.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty/holistic trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services available.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Assist in promoting beauty products and services to clients, encouraging repeat business.

Proven

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Relevant qualifications L3 & above certifications in holistic/beauty therapy are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
