Summary

We are seeking a Paid Social Executive to join our team in Chester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our Paid Social services and enhancing our clients' online presence, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise multi-platform paid social campaigns to deliver on client objectives and KPIs.
  • Contribute to client calls and meetings, presenting performance updates, sharing insights, and supporting strategy discussions.
  • Translate client goals into data-led, commercially focused paid social strategies.
  • Work with creative teams to brief and develop engaging, social-first ad content.
  • Use GA4 and platform data to analyse results, track user behaviour, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Search, CRO, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and driving cross-channel performance.
  • Produce clear reporting and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of social platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats, bringing proactive ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the Head of Paid Media in forecasting, planning, and developing best practices across accounts.

About You

  • 2–4 years' hands-on experience in paid social campaign management, ideally within a search or performance marketing agency.
  • Skilled across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Confident using GA4 for performance tracking and insight generation.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and how paid social complements search and broader performance activity.
  • Commercially minded. You understand client goals, can manage budgets effectively, and focus on delivering ROI.
  • Comfortable speaking directly with clients, joining calls, and presenting results, supported by the Paid Media Account Manager.
  • Strong analytical and creative balance, able to interpret data and translate it into impactful campaigns.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on cross-functional work and open communication.
  • Passionate about social media, digital innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
