Supervising Social Worker (Foster Care) | Edgbaston | Full-time | Up to £38,000

Happy Hearts Foster Care is looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join its service in Edgbaston to cover the Midlands. The post is permanent, full time (37.5 hours) and there is an attractive annual salary of up to £38000 depending on experience, plus car allowance. This is a hybrid role with an office base, and flexibility to work from home. Standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm although this role will require flexibility with working evenings and weekends on occasions.

The role of Supervising Social Worker is an exciting and a stimulating one that involves providing intensive support to foster carers and their families to enable them to provide the very best quality of care to the vulnerable children they look after.

You will be a team player, a good communicator and a skilled and self-motivated professional, with the ability to work flexibly.
