- Contracts available from 11 to 24 hours per week
- Fortnightly rotating shift pattern
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of weekday and weekend shifts and values a consistent routine.
Please note:
Weekend shifts are a requirement of this role.
We also offer a hybrid working policy, meaning some of your weekly hours can be worked from home, depending on the shift pattern and business requirements.
About The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist you'll act as a key liaison between our company and our customers providing accurate product and service information, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. You'll be confident in troubleshooting, gathering feedback, and advocating for our customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via various channels
- Providing clear and helpful information about products and services
- Making recommendations and promoting the company
- Connecting customers with stores when needed
- Feeding customer issues back to the wider business
- Adhering to compliance, training, and company values
