Your Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation.
- Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
- Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well-stocked and ready.
