About the role:

We are a family run group of 5 pharmacies located across North West Leicestershire. We are recruiting for an experienced, confident and motivated pharmacy manager for our Markfield branch of Masons Chemists.

Our Markfield branch is located within the healthcentre in this large village to the North of Leicester and easily accessible from Junction 22 of the M1. This busy village pharmacy provides a range of services to our patients who expect the very best in pharmaceutical care from our team.

Supported by a great team of colleagues both in the branch (including ACT and technician colleagues and second pharmacists) and also nearby at our other pharmacies, the role will involve the day to day management of the pharmacy and provision of a high quality pharmacy service to our patients.

Experience of working in busy community pharmacies and a track record of outstanding customer service provision is key for our branch and we would expect you to have a number of year's experience in order to be able to manage this role.

The salary is excellent reflecting the high quality calibre of our team and along with a great hourly rate you will also benefit from paid holiday entitlement, company pension, private health insurance, payments made to cover professional fees and any required training programmes and a company bonus scheme.

With second pharmacist cover in place regularly at this site there is always support on hand.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the GPhC and holding a masters degree in Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of working in a fast paced community pharmacy position
  • Pharmacy Management experience
  • A track record of delivering services and patient focus

Hours:

The branch is open Monday-Friday , and Saturday Our ideal candidate would have some flexibility on their hours but be able to cover at least 4 week days each week and alternate saturdays as a minimum but we recognise the importance of work-life balance and will always discuss options with candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £34.40 per hour
