PaaS Qualification Engineer Operational Support

Role Overview:

The PaaS Qualification Engineer ensures the reliability, compliance, and performance of qualified Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings across Azure and GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain qualified PaaS services (App Service, Container Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, OpenAI/Vision APIs)

  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and fixes to ensure service stability and compliance

  • Automate operational workflows using Terraform and scripting tools

  • Maintain documentation of operational procedures, incidents, and qualification artifacts

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for service-related issues

  • Participate in change management and release planning for qualified services

  • Collaborate with engineering and governance teams to enforce security policies

Mandatory Technical Skills:
