Café Supervisor – Coffee Planet Cardiff

Coffee Planet Cardiff has been proudly serving freshly roasted, speciality coffee in Cardiff since 2018. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team. You'll help lead our baristas, support the day-to-day running of the café, and make sure every customer enjoys an excellent coffee experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Support and supervise the team during daily shifts
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks
• Lead by example, ensuring great service and attention to detail
• Train and motivate team members to uphold Coffee Planet standards
• Handle cash, stock, and maintain a clean, safe café environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a café or coffee shop (minimum 1–2 years)
• Barista trained with good coffee knowledge
• A genuine team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Flexible with hours, including weekends
