We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We are a people first business. Our people are our priority and are at the heart of what we do. The Performance & Resourcing Manager role at Two Circles helps facilitate the great work we do for our clients.

You'll be helping to manage the resource planning process by ensuring intelligent resource decisions are made for our clients, and for our people.

In addition to this helping drive high performance within our agency by playing an active role in Performance Planning (the 6 monthly Performance review cycles which Two Circles run across the agency).

This role also plays a key role from a wellbeing and pastoral side, dealing with nearly all of the agency and making sure all of the team feel supported.

You can also expect to run, project manage and drive varied business change and improvement projects to help Two Circles continue its rapid growth.

You're a key part of the engine room of a fast moving agency, learning how a business operates with regular contact with everyone within the agency. You'll also get regular opportunities to influence at the top level within the agency and have regular contact with the Leadership Team.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
