We have an urgent requirement for a Graphic Designer on a 6 month contract basis. The role will be hybrid working with 3 days a week onsite either in London or York.

The Graphic Designer will design and deliver the client's visual identity across reports, digital platforms, speeches, and engagement materials. This role requires creative craft, clarity, and the ability to communicate complex system-wide ideas in accessible, compelling formats. It calls for someone who can bring visual storytelling into the client's mission, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and impact.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

  • Design strategic publications, reports, and prospectuses.
  • Create infographics, data visualisations, and visual frameworks that clarify complexity.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity across digital and print.
  • Collaborate with writers and programme leads to align visuals with narrative.
  • Produce digital and event materials that support speeches, launches, and external engagement.

Essential Skills Include

  • Experience in publication design, digital assets, and brand development.
  • Proficiency in professional design software and willingness to adapt to new tools.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A focus on accessibility, clarity, and quality in design.
  • Awareness of data visualisation principles and inclusive design practices.
