Are you a seasoned professional with board-level experience looking for a meaningful opportunity to contribute your expertise to a dynamic, multi-faceted business portfolio?

Vince's Music and Blinds Fit are seeking two highly skilled, voluntary advisors to join our advisory team. This is a unique chance to guide and support the strategic growth of two distinct businesses: a thriving music education and events enterprise, and an innovative window blinds installation company.

The Role of an Advisor

We are seeking individuals who can offer strategic advice, mentorship, and constructive challenge to the business owner.

You will leverage your experience to help us navigate growth, improve operational efficiency, and explore new market opportunities across both sectors.

We are ideally looking for one or two persons with strong expertise in the Education/Events/sector, and another with a proven track record in Retail/Service/SME Growth.

Key Areas for Input:

* Strategic planning and business development

* Financial oversight and sustainability

* Marketing and digital presence

* Governance and structure refinement

* Operational scaling and best practices

What We Offer

* Impact: A genuine opportunity to make a tangible difference in the strategic direction and success of two growing UK businesses.

* Flexibility: Advisory meetings (e.g., quarterly) will be scheduled to suit the team's and advisors' availability.

* Expenses Covered: While this is a voluntary role, all reasonable, pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses related to the advisory role (e.g., travel, materials) will be reimbursed.

* Networking: An opportunity to collaborate with a motivated business owner and connect with other experienced professionals.

Who We Are Looking For

* Essential: Significant experience at a Director, C-Level, or Senior Management level.

* Skills: Proven expertise in strategic thinking, financial acumen, governance, or scaling small to medium-sized enterprises.

* Commitment: A passion for our mission in music education or a keen interest in the service/retail sector.

* Time: A commitment to a flexible, advisory role (estimated 4-8 hours per quarter).
