Programmes Officer - London W1F, £33,600 gross per annum
Our opportunity:
To support the senior programmes manager to shape and deliver inclusive, innovative programmes for talent development activity that supports BAFTA's mission to champion underrepresented voices and emerging talent.
Working closely with the talent development team, this role will take responsibility for curating events and professional development opportunities that inspire our audiences and industry partners alike. Your role includes ensuring the smooth programming and delivery of year-round events and initiatives that reflect the evolving landscape of film, games and TV and collaborating with creatives and cultural organisations.
The role will design and implement outreach strategies to engage applicants from diverse backgrounds, oversee application and selection processes including designing and building dynamic application forms for the needs of the individual programmes, and track the programme's impact through data collection and evaluation. By working collaboratively across departments, you'll help ensure these initiatives break down barriers to progression and create meaningful pathways into the film, games and television industries for the next generation of talent.
