Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Practice Nurse to join our Executive Health (EH) service in London. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class patient experience, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, high-quality care to our executive health cohort.

  • Coordinate nursing care for EH patients, including assessments, phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient education.
  • Deliver advanced clinical interventions aligned with Mayo Clinic protocols and NICE guidance, including women's health procedures and travel vaccinations.
  • Act as a clinical mentor and supervisor to junior nursing staff, supporting induction, ongoing education, and competency development.
  • Collaborate with EH physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways, including neurology and specialty referrals.
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and governance activities, including audit, SOP creation, and patient safety reviews.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NMC standards of professional practice and confidentiality.

Must be authorized to work in the UK, relocation is not offered
Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in general practice or executive health nursing.
  • Competence in cervical screening and immunisations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferences

  • Experience with EH patient cohorts or private healthcare settings.
  • Training in travel health, women's health, and advanced clinical assessment.
