We have an exciting opportunity for a leisure assistant to join our team at our Family Entertainment Centre including a huge hybrid bounce park including trampolines, obstacle courses and interactive games based in Broadstairs, Kent - The Ultimate bounce park

Applicants must be available during the week and weekends.

As a leisure assistant your role and responsibilities are:

  • Meeting and greeting all customers
  • Deal with customers enquires around the park
  • Help customers use the park safely
  • To adhere to the health and safety procedures and report any issues
  • Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and clean 'on the go' ensuring the park's standards are at the highest level
  • Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Set up, dismantle and maintain equipment

Essential skills and qualities:

  • The ability to work well with people
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

This is a customer facing role so good customer service skills is essential.

All training will be given & there will be development opportunities and a chance to progress through the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
