The Role

Stock Lending Trader – growth role and business division (Ideally between 3-5-years Trading experience - amazing bonus potential)

Martis Search are proud to represent a City of London based global Investment Bank that is going through a huge and continued growth phase (in very difficult market conditions) to hire a "Stock Lending Trader" situated within their Capital Markets Trading team.

Our client is looking for an experienced "Stock Lending Trader" with a proven track record gained from trading "Global Stock Lending products."

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 3-years Trading experience across Securities Finance/ Stock Lending (Stock Borrowing and Stock Lending), Repo's, TRS and Futures (ideally all of those asset-classes, but they are also open if you have only covered one, or more too).

Our client is looking for someone who has a strong pedigree of Stock Lending Trading ideally with between 3-5-years' Stock Lending Trading experience.

You will be responsible as part of a wider team to help growth the company's revenues via trading Global Stock Lending products within the EMEA regions. Our client is expecting the chosen incumbent to chase their own leads, ideally to bring even a small book business (Hedge Fund clients) and to be able to Trade from day 1, creating revenue.

This means you will be CF30 certified, manage your own risk and PnL. Our client is a growth business with lots of business development opportunities from existing and new clients from the wider business.

The division is a massively expanding global business, with strong financial support and a great opportunity for growth, but also to earn well and have a successful Front Office Trading career.

As-a-result, our client offers a "Meritocratic" environment, so the more PnL you generate, the more that you will earn £ pa.

Our client is looking for an experienced Stock Lending Trader with a minimum of 3—years proven experience gained from within an Investment Banking, or Brokerage background.
