Role Description

As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the registration and onboarding processes for candidates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Key tasks include collecting and verifying candidate documentation, maintaining accurate records, liaising with candidates and internal teams, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the registration process. This is a temporary on-site role, based in Haringey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with candidates and colleagues
  • Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Affairs and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Writing for maintaining accurate records and preparing documentation
  • Training or experience in onboarding processes or related administrative tasks
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in computer systems and database management
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
