  • Design and implement communication and engagement activities that support UK&I objectives while addressing tailored business outcomes.
  • Work with Senior Leaders to execute leadership communications.
  • Maintain and execute an employee engagement plan, including the annual internal communications calendar.
  • Manage the teams scheduling and planning processes to ensure alignment of activities and strategic messages across different audiences.
  • Draft, edit, and produce clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages, talking points, and communication content that reflect the global narrative.
  • Leverage the company's full mix of channels (digital, social, and live interactions) to engage targeted internal audiences, while identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies, and innovations as needed.
  • Local activation and communication of global programs, including employee listening, EVP, mission and values.
  • Apply insights and metrics to measure impact and continuously improve communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Champion and deliver global engagement and communication programs within assigned business areas, ensuring relevance and local adaptation.
  • Act as a trusted partner by embedding good communication practices and building communication capability among leaders and teams.
  • Ensure adherence to global corporate standards and governance for communications.

  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.

  • Ability to identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of channels.
  • Experience of managing several programs/projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment often interrupted with immediate support requirements.
  • Ability to switch between being be hands-on and strategic with ease.
  • Proven problem-solving ability that can identify source of problem, impact as it relates to other functions and stakeholders, and recommended solution.
  • An outstanding writer with the ability to create compelling messages that provides all levels of employees with a clear line of sight to business strategy.
  • Great judgment, with a balance of confidence and maturity
  • Seasoned experience of managing multiple time-critical projects with a proven track record in advising senior leaders
  • Seasoned experience managing a wider network and ensuring team goals are achieved or exceeded
  • Solid experience creating and executing internal communications and a track record of delivering solid, measurable results
  • Demonstrated success working in collaboration and managing indirect teams both internally and externally, contractors and agencies
  • Certifications in Coaching, Change Management, Behavioral Sciences and/or Human Resources or People practices an advantage.

You're a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for executing internal communications, leadership and employee engagement items, culture-change initiatives, and transformation communications in support of business strategy and priorities.
