Join our team as a Night Reception Team Member where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless guest experience during their stay. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, providing exceptional service, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the hospitality industry and work in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do...
- Conduct the nightly audit process to reconcile all daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle payment transactions, credit card processing
- Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Perform any additional tasks as required during the night shift
