Immediate Start – Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative

Pay: Starting at £12.21 per hour, with the opportunity to grow to £13.19 per hour through our Monster Progression Plan (MPP)

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team.

Daily Tasks:

• Accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders utilising our bespoke systems.
• Efficiently preparing orders for courier collection.
• Manually unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is ready for storage.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
• Participating in regular stock takes.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines, and securely storing, handling, and transporting stock.

Key Skills Required:

• A positive, cheerful outlook with a forward-thinking mentality.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Reliable and hard-working.
• Good level of English and math's skills.
• Confident computer skills.
• Forklift License (beneficial but not required).

Working Hours & Shift Patterns

We offer shift A patterns for this role:

Shift A:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 17:00 (60 minute break)
• Saturday & Sunday : Day off

Please note that each shift comes with distinct duties, so flexibility and adaptability are key.
