Due to the rural locations of our Clients and the requirement to support them with transport to appointments and activities, we ask that candidates hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle insured for Class 1 Business use.

Home Instead – Ivybridge and South Hams is actively looking for Live-In Carers for several posts, working on a flexible weekly rota.

We are looking for kind, compassionate individuals who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of our clients. As a Live-In Carer, you'll reside in a client's home and provide a range of professional support services tailored to their needs, helping clients maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Live-In roles are ideal for those seeking a change of scene from outside the local area, as well as for those living locally. We offer flexible contracts that allow you to take on additional work during breaks from your Live-In role, helping you stay connected and continue supporting your community.

• General house duties
• Personal care
• Outings/ appointments
• Document daily activities and report any changes or causes for concern in a client's needs or living conditions on our app.
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
• Know when to seek help and advice for their client's safety and wellbeing.
