The Role

As a Roofing Leak Detection Trainee, you will:

• Assist with on-site roofing investigations and leak detection surveys
• Learn to use advanced diagnostic technologies, including electronic leak detection, moisture mapping, and thermal imaging
• Work alongside experienced specialists to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and produce high-quality reports
• Support the team in delivering accurate, reliable results that maintain our exceptional service standards
• Gain hands-on experience across various roofing systems, construction types, and environments

Experience in roofing or construction is beneficial but not essential — we provide full training for the right person. We're looking for someone who is:
