As our Head of Sales, you'll lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in a high-potential fintech market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets, focusing on IBAN, Card Acquiring, and Card Issuing products.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
  • Foster team development through regular training sessions, team-building activities, and performance coaching to enhance skills, morale, and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients in e-commerce, SaaS, travel, and fintech sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, payment networks, and strategic partners to expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure client success.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to optimise sales processes and product offerings.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of sales experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Head of Sales or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to EMI services, IBAN accounts, Card Acquiring, or Card Issuing.
  • Strong understanding of UK/EU payment regulations (e.g., PSD2, FCA guidelines) and the broader fintech ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in a startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Data-driven mindset, proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
  • Passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit—bonus points if you've worked in a hybrid/remote setup.
