You will learn how we create our stunning balayage results, seamless colour blends and be supported to develop in your particular area of expertise. Our appointments are tailored to each client (so no rushing) and we only single book colour appointments so you have time available during your colour development to be able to achieve that perfect result.

We are looking to recruit a creative and passionate stylist who works to the highest professional standards and has shown a commitment to their continual career development. The salon was established in 2007 and over this time has become firmly established as the leading independent family owned and run salon in Brighton.

Technical skills

We are seeking a stylist with great experience and skills in the following:

  • Styling & cutting
  • Freehand lightening techniques
  • Colour correction
Conditions & benefits

The position is full time (around 35 hours per week) and we offer a generous total package consisting of a fixed salary plus commission with 28 days of paid holiday

  • The position requires the applicant to work five days a week
