Role Overview
Owns the functional and data design for ERP, HCM, and EPM modules, ensuring the solution remains scalable, compliant, and aligned to the "adopt not adapt" principle. Provides architectural assurance, accessibility alignment, and functional integrity across workstreams.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-module solution design and integration alignment.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and document approved configurations.
  • Define security and Reference Data Set segregation models.
  • Approve configuration standards (BR100, MD070).
  • Support SIT / UAT and design-authority reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to national accessibility and information standards.
  • Provide optimisation guidance and continuous-improvement planning.
