Repairs & Compliance Coordinator (Full-Time) | Kendal, Cumbria

Salary: £28,000–£31,000

Fairoak Housing Association is looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused
Repairs & Compliance Coordinator
to join our friendly team in Kendal. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autistic people across Cumbria, North Lancashire and the Northeast.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Your core responsibilities
will include logging and ordering repairs, scheduling work for our maintenance team, managing contractors, arranging safety checks, and keeping clear, supportive communication with tenants and support providers. You'll be the first point of contact for repair queries and will help maintain high-quality services across our properties.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in repairs/maintenance administration (ideal)

Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills

Adaptable, resilient and proactive problem-solver

Positive, motivated attitude

Full UK manual driving licence
