Product Support Engineer -Secondment

Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality technical support and driving product excellence? We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our global team, providing expert guidance on our steam thermal solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our operating companies and end-users, especially during the commercialisation of new products. You'll be at the heart of technical problem-solving, training, and continuous improvement.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

  • Providing technical support for our global product range, particularly in steam thermal solutions.
  • Managing and resolving issues related to mechanical and electromechanical products, including hardware for industrial steam, fluid, and temperature applications.
  • Supporting local sales companies through training, workshops, and remote or on-site meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and product/system development.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
  • Maintaining and developing technical documentation for both internal and end-user audiences.

Your previous experience is likely to include….

  • Customer-facing technical support in industrial or engineering environments.
  • Designing, commissioning, or supporting Thermal Energy Solutions systems.
  • Experience with industrial monitoring, automation, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with mechanical/electromechanical products and industrial hardware.
  • Understanding of industrial communication systems, including BMS and cloud-based monitoring.
