This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of AI within our organisation, delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance experiences for both our customers and colleagues.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex challenges and loves working closely with people across multiple teams. Lead the AI Programme agenda, ensuring strong collaboration and clarity across teams
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, data and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are designed, built and deployed effectively
Act as a connector between Tech and the wider business, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
Champion responsible, ethical AI that meets regulatory, cybersecurity and data governance standards
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration with internal platforms
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights, align priorities and encourage innovation
Support a lean, experimental approach to test new ideas quickly and unlock value
Are we the perfect match?
We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
Experience delivering complex change in project, programme or delivery management roles
Proven ability to define roadmaps that align with strategic goals and OKRs
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with strong understanding of product management and agile ways of working
Hands-on agile delivery experience, including planning and execution
Knowledge of AI governance, risk and compliance, including ethical AI principles and secure handling of data
Confident communicator with strong influencing and presentation skills, able to engage at senior levels
It would be great if you had:
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across product, engineering, data and operational units
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable way
