We are supporting a fast-growing FMCG organisation in their search for a
Shopper Marketing Manager
to join their dynamic commercial team.

The Business:

· Opportunity to work closely with Sales, Brand, and Category teams to deliver impactful retail activations

The Role:

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded shopper marketer who can deliver best-in-class execution across multiple retailers. You'll play a key role in turning brand strategy into compelling in-store and online experiences that convert shoppers into buyers.

Here's how:

· Own the creation and delivery of shopper marketing campaigns across grocery, convenience, and online retail

· Build strong relationships with key retailers, understanding their shopper profiles and activation requirements

· Translate brand strategy into customer-specific plans that drive visibility and conversion

· Develop POS materials, in-store activation toolkits, retail media briefs, and digital shopper content

· Work closely with Sales to support retailer sell-ins and ensure campaigns land flawlessly

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Insights, Category & Trade teams to align messaging and optimise performance

· Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign success

· Stay on top of shopper trends, retailer media developments, and competitor activity

About You:

· Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and shopper behaviour

· Experience developing in-store and digital shopper campaigns

· Skilled in managing agencies, timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders

· Creative thinker with the ability to turn insights into powerful activation ideas

· Confident communicator with strong project management skills

· Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving commercial environment
