Rewards Analyst (6-Month Contract) - Derby (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

As part of their continued growth, we're seeking
two Rewards Analysts
to join the
GBS People Services Reward Operations
team during a particularly dynamic and high-volume period. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth delivery of global reward programmes that recognise and motivate employees across multiple regions.

About the Role

As a Rewards Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the effective and timely delivery of reward operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll help manage core reward processes, maintain accurate data across HR and payroll systems, and support critical annual reward cycles.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values accuracy, consistency, and innovation, with the chance to make a meaningful impact across a global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operational delivery of reward processes, including salary reviews and annual incentive plans, ensuring alignment with business timelines.
  • Maintain and validate data across HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Assist with cyclical reward activities and reporting, including preparing audit documentation and supporting year-end processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, identify improvements, and enhance overall reward service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and guides to promote consistency and best practice.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within
    Pay Awards, Bonuses, or Reward operations
