We're looking for a dynamic and resilient Account Lead to own and grow a portfolio of key client relationships. This is a senior, client-facing role where you traverse from project management to true strategic partnership.

You will be the primary contact for business owners and SLT, responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered flawlessly, drive tangible results, and strategically evolve over time.

What You'll Be Doing (Client Leadership & Strategy)

  • Client Strategy & Ownership: Serve as the delivery lead for a portfolio of recruitment clients, driving monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and acting as the voice of the client internally.
  • Relationship Management: Be heavily customer-focused, building deep, trusting relationships with clients, including regular travel to their offices (3-5 days per month) to ensure alignment and anticipate needs.
  • Obsession with Delivery: You are obsessed with delivery and doing a good job. You ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest standard, managing scope, budget, and internal expectations to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and strategic pivots, leveraging Kitto's full suite of services to ensure client success aligns with our 'Let's push things forward' value.
  • Resilience and Dynamism: Lead complex client discussions with resilience and maintain a dynamic, positive approach to problem-solving, embodying the 'Answer is Yes' mindset.

What You'll Bring to Kitto

  • Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing Account Management or Account Lead role within an agency (marketing or recruitment).
  • Client Obsession: A proven track record of building long-term relationships and high retention rates, driven by a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Strategic Rigour: The ability to think beyond the project, linking daily execution to big-picture business goals.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations, navigate difficult conversations, and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
